NORTH OF EVEREST
On a KLM flight from Hong Kong to Amsterdam, I wanted to photograph Mount Everest when we were passing exactly north of it. When I needed to know the GPS coordinates, the pilots radioed to their home base in order to obtain that information.
However, seen from exactly north of Everest, Everest is not visible.
